Viz-A-Viz Ministries runs a number of volunteer and training initiatives for people who want to develop their gifts and learn how to share their faith.

In addition to the training that takes place as part of Arise, Check it Out and More to Life, Viz-A-Viz Ministries also offers longer term training programmes.

If you are 18-25 years old then Optimum is your opportunity to serve God with a Christian gap year through church based local teams or national events using drama, music and technical skills.

Summer Evangelism Teams (SET) is a short term mission opportunity for young people aged 15-21 who want to share their faith with children, young people and families in Essex.

If you are 15-21 years old and want other people to know about Jesus then SET is for you.

Residential training to get to know your team and be equipped before being sent out for a week of outreach opportunities in Essex.

SOLID Training aims to actively support the work of local youth and children's leaders by providing quality training events as well as opportunities for reflection and support.

The More to Life Evangelism Training Course is a journey of study and discovery for one evening per week for 12 weeks. Experienced evangelists and trainers, who work for both Viz-A-Viz Ministries and the Eastern Baptist Association, will deliver the course.

This course will provide the opportunity for you to learn more about evangelism and to put your skills into practice in your local setting.
